    CTG has earned company-wide ISO 9001 certification that is formally assessed every six months by an independent auditor, the Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). Our software development practices have been independently assessed to level 3 on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (CMM), an accomplishment that is achieved by only 17% of companies applying for a formal assessment.

    • Transition: CTG works to ensure a seamless transition of management responsibilities from the client to CTG. Our processes are designed to minimize risk, make the most effective use of client staff time, and deliver usable application documentation.

    • Production Support: Consistent use of defined processes ensures a rapid and consistent response to day-to-day production challenges, while ongoing problem tracking and causal analysis uncover the root causes of recurring problems.

    • Modification and Enhancement Development: Our processes—assessed to SEI CMM Level 3—govern the definition of requirements from users; approvals; the analysis and design of changes; the standards that will guide coding, testing requirements, and procedures; and the promotion of changes.
